Herd Cow Project (More commonly referred to as HCP) is a wiki farm dedicated to controversial online figures known as "lolcows". The reason for the creation of HCP is because of censorship within other wiki farms, who don't allow for extensive documentation of such people. Another reason for the creation of HCP is due to the fact that the Lolcow Wiki was siezed by cloudflare on September 3, 2022 following drama and DDoS attacks from a lolcow.
